Welcome to FairTicks.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FairTicks website, dashboard, simulated trading evaluation environment, account features, notifications, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, accessing the dashboard, or using FairTicks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. About FairTicks

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform.

FairTicks provides users with access to a simulated environment where they can participate in evaluation accounts, follow predefined rules, track simulated performance, and receive account-related notifications.

FairTicks is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, or financial institution.

FairTicks does not provide live brokerage accounts, does not execute real trades on behalf of users, does not manage user funds, and does not accept deposits for real trading or investment purposes.

All activity inside FairTicks is simulated.

2. Simulation Environment

All accounts, balances, profits, losses, positions, orders, executions, risk metrics, rule breaches, and performance results displayed inside FairTicks are part of a simulated evaluation environment.

Any account balance shown in the platform is virtual and does not represent real money, client funds, brokerage funds, bank deposits, investment capital, or withdrawable user funds.

Simulated profits and simulated losses are used only for evaluation and platform-rule purposes.

FairTicks may use live, delayed, third-party, aggregated, or internally calculated market data to operate the simulation. However, simulated activity inside FairTicks does not represent real market execution.

3. No Financial Advice

FairTicks does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, trading signals, portfolio management, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Any information, dashboard metric, notification, alert, breach warning, report, or educational content provided by FairTicks is for platform, operational, educational, or account-status purposes only.

Users are fully responsible for their own decisions outside the FairTicks platform.

4. User Account

To use FairTicks, you may need to create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not share, sell, transfer, rent, or allow another person to use your account.

FairTicks may suspend or terminate an account if we detect abuse, fraud, rule manipulation, false information, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

5. Evaluation Accounts

FairTicks may offer free or paid simulated evaluation accounts.

An evaluation account gives the user access to a simulated trading environment with specific rules, limits, objectives, time periods, and performance criteria.

Any fee paid for an evaluation account is a platform access fee. It is not a trading deposit, investment deposit, brokerage deposit, margin deposit, or financial contribution to a real trading account.

Evaluation fees do not create any ownership interest, investment right, guaranteed return, or right to real market profits.

6. Rules and Account Status

Each evaluation account may be subject to rules such as simulated profit targets, simulated loss limits, consistency rules, minimum trading days, inactivity rules, account expiry rules, risk limits, and payout eligibility conditions.

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before using an evaluation account.

FairTicks may automatically detect rule breaches using platform data, simulated account data, market data, risk calculations, and internal logs.

If a rule breach occurs, FairTicks may mark the account as breached, failed, inactive, suspended, or restricted.

FairTicks internal records and calculations are the primary source used to determine account status, rule compliance, and eligibility.

7. Payouts and Eligibility

FairTicks may offer payout-related features, rewards, or eligibility processes depending on the account type and platform rules.

Any payout, reward, or benefit is a contractual platform benefit subject to eligibility checks, account rules, KYC/identity verification, fraud review, compliance review, payment review, and internal approval.

Payouts are not investment returns, brokerage profits, guaranteed income, dividends, interest, or profits generated from user funds.

FairTicks does not guarantee that any user will qualify for or receive any payout, reward, funded status, or benefit.

FairTicks may reject, delay, review, reduce, or cancel a payout request if the user fails eligibility checks, violates platform rules, fails KYC, provides inaccurate information, abuses the platform, or creates legal, compliance, fraud, payment, or security concerns.

8. KYC and Verification

FairTicks may require users to complete identity verification, KYC, payment verification, fraud screening, or compliance checks before accessing certain features or requesting a payout.

FairTicks may use third-party verification providers.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and authentic information.

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if verification fails, is incomplete, appears fraudulent, or creates compliance concerns.

9. Payments and Fees

FairTicks may charge fees for evaluation accounts, resets, extensions, upgrades, subscriptions, or other platform features.

Fees are paid for access to the FairTicks platform and simulated evaluation services.

Fees are not deposits, investments, brokerage balances, stored value, or withdrawable funds.

FairTicks may change its pricing, products, features, or account types at any time.

10. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by FairTicks, payments are non-refundable once the purchased digital service, evaluation account, reset, extension, upgrade, subscription, or feature has been activated or made available.

FairTicks may review refund requests at its discretion.

Refunds may be refused in cases of account usage, rule breach, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or completed delivery of the purchased digital service.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, or suspected payment abuse may result in account suspension, restriction, or termination.

FairTicks may suspend access to the Service while a payment dispute is being reviewed.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

– Use FairTicks for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
– Provide false or misleading information.
– Create multiple accounts to abuse rules, promotions, limits, or eligibility systems.
– Share, sell, transfer, or rent your account.
– Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, reverse engineering, unauthorized APIs, or technical manipulation.
– Attempt to bypass risk controls, rule checks, security systems, or platform restrictions.
– Abuse payout, refund, KYC, or payment processes.
– Attack, overload, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
– Use FairTicks to provide or promote trading signals, investment schemes, financial advice, or unauthorized services.

FairTicks may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

13. Transactional Emails

FairTicks may send transactional emails and account-related notifications, including email verification, password reset, account creation, evaluation status, rule breach alerts, account expiry reminders, KYC updates, payout request status, security alerts, and important service notices.

These emails are necessary for account operation, security, and service delivery.

FairTicks does not use transactional email systems for cold outreach, purchased lists, scraped contacts, investment promotions, trading signals, financial advice, or get-rich-quick content.

14. Service Availability and Data Disclaimer

FairTicks aims to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, market data interruptions, internet problems, user device issues, or events outside our control.

FairTicks is not responsible for delays, interruptions, data feed issues, platform errors, missed notifications, account failure, or user decisions caused by technical issues, except where required by law.

15. Third-Party Services

FairTicks may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, KYC, analytics, fraud prevention, security, market data, and infrastructure.

FairTicks is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, outages, errors, or decisions of third-party providers.

16. Intellectual Property

FairTicks, including its website, dashboard, design, branding, software, logic, evaluation rules, scoring systems, text, graphics, and platform content, is owned by FairTicks or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

17. No Warranty

FairTicks is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

FairTicks does not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations, produce any specific result, improve trading behavior, qualify you for payouts, generate income, or be free from errors.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairTicks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, account failure, rule breach, or inability to access the Service.

FairTicks’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to FairTicks for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

19. Changes to These Terms

FairTicks may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are important, FairTicks may notify users by email, dashboard notice, or website notice.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
