This Prohibited Actions Policy explains the activities, behaviors, and practices that are not allowed on FairTicks.
By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, accessing the dashboard, or using any FairTicks service, you agree to comply with this policy.
FairTicks may suspend, restrict, fail, or terminate any account that violates this policy or creates legal, compliance, security, payment, fraud, or platform-integrity concerns.
1. General Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use FairTicks for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
Users must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, disrupt, or abuse the FairTicks platform, evaluation rules, payout process, payment system, KYC process, security systems, or any other platform feature.
2. False or Misleading Information
Users must not provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– False name
– False identity
– Fake or manipulated documents
– Incorrect country or residency information
– Misleading payment details
– False KYC information
– False support claims
– Misrepresentation of account ownership
– Any attempt to hide the real identity of the user
FairTicks may suspend or terminate accounts if the information provided is inaccurate, unverifiable, suspicious, or fraudulent.
3. Account Sharing and Account Transfer
Users must not share, sell, rent, transfer, assign, or give access to their FairTicks account to another person.
Only the registered account owner may use the account.
The following actions are prohibited:
– Letting another person trade on your account
– Buying or selling FairTicks accounts
– Renting access to an account
– Sharing login credentials
– Using someone else’s account
– Creating accounts on behalf of another person without authorization
– Transferring account ownership after registration
FairTicks may require identity verification to confirm account ownership.
4. Multiple Account Abuse
Users must not create or use multiple accounts to abuse FairTicks systems, promotions, pricing, trials, limits, evaluation rules, payouts, or eligibility checks.
Prohibited actions include:
– Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
– Creating multiple accounts after suspension or termination
– Using different emails, identities, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or documents to avoid detection
– Using multiple accounts to gain unfair access to promotions, free trials, resets, extensions, rewards, or payouts
FairTicks may link accounts using platform data, payment data, device information, IP addresses, KYC information, behavioral patterns, and other fraud-prevention signals.
5. Technical Manipulation
Users must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass FairTicks systems.
Prohibited technical actions include:
– Using bots, scripts, automated tools, crawlers, or unauthorized software
– Reverse engineering FairTicks systems, APIs, pricing logic, risk engine, or platform rules
– Attempting to bypass rate limits, security checks, risk controls, or rule checks
– Attempting to access private APIs or internal endpoints
– Sending unauthorized requests to the platform
– Tampering with frontend code, network requests, tokens, or session data
– Attempting to manipulate account balances, simulated PnL, orders, positions, or account status
– Exploiting bugs, delays, race conditions, calculation errors, or technical issues
– Attacking, overloading, scraping, scanning, or disrupting FairTicks infrastructure
Any detected technical abuse may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
6. Trading Simulation Abuse
FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform. Users must not abuse or manipulate the simulated environment.
Prohibited actions include:
– Exploiting platform delays, pricing delays, or data feed issues
– Attempting to profit from price discrepancies caused by technical errors
– Using latency abuse, arbitrage abuse, or feed manipulation
– Exploiting simulated execution behavior in a way that is not consistent with normal platform use
– Placing orders with the purpose of manipulating the risk engine or rule engine
– Using strategies intended to exploit system weaknesses rather than comply with evaluation rules
– Attempting to bypass simulated risk limits, account restrictions, or rule breaches
– Coordinating accounts to manipulate platform outcomes
– Using any method that creates unfair or artificial evaluation results
FairTicks may review accounts manually or automatically if trading behavior appears abusive, manipulative, or inconsistent with normal use.
7. Payout and Reward Abuse
Users must not abuse, manipulate, or misrepresent payout eligibility, rewards, funded status, or any benefit offered by FairTicks.
Prohibited actions include:
– Submitting false payout claims
– Attempting to bypass eligibility conditions
– Manipulating account activity to appear eligible
– Providing false KYC or payment details
– Using another person’s identity to receive a payout
– Creating multiple accounts to increase payout chances
– Using payment disputes or chargebacks to abuse the platform
– Pressuring, threatening, or misleading support staff regarding payouts
– Attempting to receive payouts after violating rules or failing verification
FairTicks may reject, delay, reduce, cancel, or review payout requests if there are rule, KYC, fraud, payment, compliance, or security concerns.
8. Payment Abuse and Chargebacks
Users must not abuse payments, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks, or payment systems.
Prohibited actions include:
– Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
– Making fraudulent purchases
– Filing false chargebacks
– Using payment disputes after receiving access to a digital service
– Attempting to obtain services without paying
– Abusing discounts, coupons, promotions, trials, resets, or extensions
– Repeated refund abuse
– Using payment methods that do not belong to the account owner
Chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, fraud indicators, or payment abuse may result in immediate account suspension, restriction, or termination.
9. KYC and Identity Verification Abuse
Users must not abuse or manipulate the KYC, identity verification, or compliance process.
Prohibited actions include:
– Using fake documents
– Using edited, altered, forged, or stolen documents
– Using another person’s identity
– Attempting to pass verification for another person
– Providing inconsistent personal information
– Refusing required verification while requesting restricted features
– Attempting to bypass verification requirements
– Submitting documents that do not match the account owner
FairTicks may restrict access, deny payouts, or terminate accounts if verification fails or creates compliance concerns.
10. Security Abuse
Users must not attempt to compromise FairTicks security or the security of other users.
Prohibited actions include:
– Unauthorized access attempts
– Credential theft
– Phishing
– Token theft
– Session hijacking
– Malware use
– Password attacks
– Exploiting authentication flows
– Accessing or attempting to access another user’s data
– Testing vulnerabilities without written permission
– Sharing security exploits publicly without responsible disclosure
Security abuse may lead to immediate termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where necessary.
11. Abuse of Support or Communication Channels
Users must not abuse FairTicks support, email, chat, ticketing, or communication channels.
Prohibited actions include:
– Harassment
– Threats
– Hate speech
– Spam
– Repeated abusive messages
– False claims
– Impersonation
– Attempts to pressure staff into bypassing rules
– Attempts to obtain confidential platform information
– Attempts to manipulate support decisions
FairTicks may limit or block communication from users who abuse support channels.
12. Prohibited Financial or Promotional Use
FairTicks must not be used to promote unauthorized financial services, investment schemes, trading signals, financial advice, or misleading income opportunities.
Users must not use FairTicks to:
– Sell trading signals
– Promote investment advice
– Promote guaranteed income
– Promote get-rich-quick schemes
– Recruit users into investment groups
– Operate copy-trading services
– Sell account management services
– Market unauthorized financial products
– Misrepresent FairTicks as a broker, investment platform, or guaranteed payout system
FairTicks is a simulated evaluation platform only.
13. Misuse of FairTicks Branding
Users must not misuse FairTicks branding, name, logo, platform screenshots, account results, or communications.
Prohibited actions include:
– Impersonating FairTicks
– Creating fake FairTicks pages or accounts
– Misrepresenting an affiliation with FairTicks
– Using FairTicks branding for scams, promotions, or unauthorized sales
– Publishing misleading results or fake payout claims
– Using FairTicks screenshots in a deceptive way
FairTicks may request removal of misleading or unauthorized content.
14. Illegal or Restricted Activity
Users must not use FairTicks in connection with illegal or restricted activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
– Fraud
– Money laundering
– Terrorist financing
– Identity theft
– Sanctions evasion
– Payment fraud
– Unauthorized financial activity
– Market manipulation outside FairTicks
– Cybercrime
– Any activity prohibited by applicable law
FairTicks may suspend, terminate, or report accounts where required for legal, compliance, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
15. Circumvention of Restrictions
Users must not attempt to bypass any FairTicks restriction, suspension, ban, payout review, KYC requirement, payment block, or rule enforcement action.
Prohibited actions include:
– Creating new accounts after being banned
– Using another person’s identity after restriction
– Changing devices, IP addresses, emails, or payment methods to avoid detection
– Attempting to hide account links
– Using VPNs, proxies, or technical tools to misrepresent location or identity where this creates compliance or fraud concerns
16. Investigation and Enforcement
FairTicks may investigate suspected violations using platform logs, account data, simulated trading data, payment data, KYC data, technical signals, device data, IP data, behavioral patterns, and third-party provider information.
If FairTicks detects or reasonably suspects a violation, FairTicks may take one or more actions, including:
– Warning the user
– Restricting account access
– Suspending the account
– Marking an evaluation account as breached or failed
– Blocking payouts or rewards
– Requiring KYC or additional verification
– Cancelling pending requests
– Blocking future purchases
– Terminating the account
– Preserving records for compliance or dispute purposes
– Reporting activity where legally required
FairTicks may take action immediately where necessary to protect the platform, users, providers, payment systems, or platform integrity.
17. No Obligation to Disclose Detection Methods
FairTicks is not required to disclose its full fraud detection methods, risk checks, security rules, abuse detection systems, or internal review processes.
This helps protect platform integrity and prevent further abuse.
18. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for using FairTicks honestly, legally, and in accordance with all platform rules.
Users must read and understand the Terms & Conditions, Full Risk Disclosure, account rules, payout rules, and this Prohibited Actions Policy before using the platform.
19. Changes to This Policy
FairTicks may update this Prohibited Actions Policy from time to time.
If changes are important, FairTicks may notify users by email, dashboard notice, or website notice.
Continued use of FairTicks after changes means you accept the updated policy.
