Trader Agreement & Account Purchase Acknowledgement

The agreement you accept when purchasing or activating a FairTicks Training Account, reset, extension, upgrade, or other account-related digital service.

What you are agreeing to

You are purchasing access to a digital simulated trading evaluation service. You are not depositing trading capital, opening a brokerage account, or buying a financial product. The account rules attached to the product you select matter: they determine how the account works, how it can be breached, whether resets or extensions are available, how qualification works, and what must happen before any payout-related benefit can become available.

By checking the required acceptance box and completing checkout or activation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and the incorporated FairTicks policies shown to you. Where a new purchase has different product terms, you may be required to accept the then-current Agreement again.

The rules, limits, duration, pricing, reset or extension options, payout-related conditions, profit split where applicable, and eligibility requirements are determined by the product selected at checkout and the account-specific rules presented by FairTicks.

02

FairTicks Is a Simulated Evaluation Platform

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform. It is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, asset manager, payment institution, or financial institution.

FairTicks does not provide brokerage accounts, execute real trades on your behalf, manage your investment funds, accept deposits for real trading or investment, or provide access to real market liquidity.

All account activity inside FairTicks — including balances, trades, profits, losses, positions, orders, executions, dashboards, performance metrics, risk metrics, certificates, and account results — is simulated.

03

Platform Access Fee

Any amount you pay to FairTicks is a fee for access to the selected digital service, such as a simulated evaluation account, reset, extension, upgrade, platform feature, or related product.

Your payment is not a deposit, investment, trading capital, brokerage balance, margin contribution, stored value, user-fund balance, or withdrawable balance.

Paying FairTicks does not create an ownership interest, investment right, financial product, guaranteed return, right to real-market profits, or guaranteed right to receive a payout.

II · Account lifecycle & rules

Training and Qualified Accounts remain rule-based simulated accounts.

04

Training Accounts

A Training Account is a simulated evaluation account made available after purchase or activation. It follows the rules attached to the selected product.

Depending on the product, those rules may cover profit targets, daily or maximum loss, trailing or end-of-day drawdown, Max Exposure, progression-day requirements, account validity, expiry, consistency, stop-loss requirements, market availability, position limits, resets, extensions, and prohibited activity.

You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the rules of your selected Training Account before placing a simulated trade.

05

Qualified Accounts

A Qualified Account is a simulated FairTicks account that may become available after you satisfy the applicable evaluation requirements, account rules, eligibility conditions, and review requirements.

Qualified Accounts remain simulated. They are not brokerage accounts, funded trading accounts, bank accounts, investment accounts, deposit accounts, or accounts containing your money.

A Qualified Account does not mean that FairTicks has transferred capital to you, opened a brokerage account for you, or given you ownership of funds.

FairTicks may review, restrict, suspend, close, or terminate a Qualified Account if account rules are violated, eligibility or KYC fails, prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, or legal, fraud, payment, security, or compliance concerns arise.

06

Account Rules and Your Responsibility

You agree to comply with all rules applicable to the product you purchase.

  • simulated profit targets;
  • daily-loss and maximum-loss limits;
  • trailing or end-of-day drawdown rules where applicable;
  • Max Exposure and position-size limits;
  • progression-day, QPD, or other day-based requirements where applicable;
  • account duration, inactivity, and expiry rules;
  • consistency rules where enabled;
  • stop-loss requirements where enabled;
  • market-availability rules;
  • reset and extension rules;
  • payout eligibility conditions;
  • KYC and verification requirements; and
  • prohibited-action and abuse restrictions.
Account records

FairTicks internal records, logs, calculations, timestamps, account data, simulated trading data, and risk-engine outputs are the primary operational records used to determine account status, rule compliance, breaches, completion, eligibility, and review outcomes, subject to applicable law.

07

Max Exposure Acknowledgement

Max Exposure represents the maximum permitted simulated profit or loss speed per tick. It is not a guaranteed maximum loss.

If a market moves multiple ticks against a position, simulated losses may exceed the Max Exposure value depending on the number of ticks, market movement, account rules, and platform calculations.

You are responsible for understanding how exposure, ticks, volatility, market movement, and account limits can affect simulated performance and account status.

III · Market data, execution & outcomes

FairTicks simulates trading. Real-market execution and financial outcomes are separate.

08

Market Data and Simulated Execution

FairTicks may use live, delayed, aggregated, third-party, derived, synthetic, crypto-based, or internally calculated market data to operate the simulated environment.

FairTicks may display crypto, metals, commodities, stock-themed, index-themed, and other simulated markets. Names and symbols are used for platform, pricing, and simulation purposes.

FairTicks does not provide direct access to CME, NYSE, NASDAQ, MetaTrader, cTrader, Jigsaw, futures exchanges, stock exchanges, commodities exchanges, crypto exchanges, or other trading venues.

Orders, fills, positions, stop losses, take profits, exits, PnL, balances, charts, ticks, risk metrics, and account status inside FairTicks are simulated and may differ from real-world execution or external data providers.

09

No Financial Advice

FairTicks does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, trading signals, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Dashboard metrics, educational content, alerts, breach warnings, risk displays, and account-status messages are provided for platform, educational, operational, or account-status purposes only.

You are responsible for any financial or trading decisions you make outside FairTicks.

10

No Guarantee of Passing, Qualification, or Payout

FairTicks does not guarantee that you will pass a Training Account, receive a Qualified Account, receive a payout, receive a reward, obtain any other benefit, or achieve any particular result.

Any payout, reward, certificate, Qualified Account status, or other platform benefit is conditional and may depend on account rules, eligibility checks, KYC/identity verification, fraud review, compliance review, payment review, security review, account standing, and internal approval.

Payouts or rewards, where available, are not investment returns, brokerage profits, dividends, interest, yield, guaranteed income, or profits generated from user funds.

IV · Identity, integrity & payments

Access and benefits can depend on identity, payment, and platform-integrity checks.

11

KYC, Identity Verification, and Compliance Review

FairTicks may require identity verification, KYC, payment verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, or other compliance checks before certain features or payout-related benefits become available.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, authentic, and up-to-date information.

FairTicks may reject, delay, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if verification fails, remains incomplete, appears fraudulent, creates compliance concerns, or does not match the account information provided.

12

Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in conduct that undermines the integrity of FairTicks, including fraud, account sharing, identity misuse, multiple-account abuse, payment or chargeback abuse, KYC abuse, technical manipulation, latency abuse, simulator exploitation, prohibited arbitrage, copy-trading abuse, prohibited hedging, coordinated trading, security abuse, brand misuse, or circumvention of restrictions.

If FairTicks detects or reasonably suspects prohibited activity, it may restrict access, mark accounts as breached or failed, block payout-related benefits, require additional verification, cancel benefits, block future purchases, terminate accounts, preserve records, or take other proportionate action needed to protect the platform, subject to applicable law.

Detailed rules

See the Prohibited Actions Policy for the complete platform-integrity framework.

13

Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments to FairTicks are for digital platform access and simulated evaluation services.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, once a purchased digital service has been materially used, it is normally non-refundable except where required by law or where FairTicks failed to deliver the purchased service.

A breach, failure, expiry, failure to qualify, unused remaining time after use, strategy change, or change of mind after materially using the service does not normally create a refund right.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, fraudulent payments, or payment abuse may result in review, restriction, suspension, termination, cancellation of related benefits, or blocking of future purchases, subject to applicable law.

14

Resets and Extensions

Some products may support paid resets, free resets, extensions, or other lifecycle options. Availability depends on the account family, product configuration, account status, eligibility, and rules shown by FairTicks.

A reset or extension does not guarantee passing, qualification, payout eligibility, or any particular result.

Once a paid reset or extension has been applied, that digital service is generally considered performed and is normally non-refundable, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.

15

Platform Credits and FTUSD

FairTicks may offer internal platform credits, including FTUSD.

FTUSD is a closed-loop FairTicks platform credit. It is not cash, legal tender, cryptocurrency, a stablecoin, e-money, a security, deposit, investment, stored-value bank account, or withdrawable balance.

FTUSD may only be used inside FairTicks where permitted. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users, sold, exchanged for cash or cryptocurrency, or used outside FairTicks.

V · Service availability & legal framework

FairTicks may rely on third parties and may act to protect the platform.

16

Technical Availability and Third-Party Providers

FairTicks aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The platform may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, market-data interruptions, payment-provider issues, KYC-provider issues, internet problems, device or browser issues, or events outside FairTicks's reasonable control.

FairTicks may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, KYC, fraud prevention, analytics, security, market data, infrastructure, and communications.

17

Incorporated Documents and Rule Hierarchy

By accepting this Agreement, you also agree to the FairTicks policies and rules presented or linked during purchase and use of the Service.

Which rule controls?

For product-specific limits, eligibility conditions, prices, account duration, resets, extensions, payout parameters, and similar account configuration, the purchase snapshot and account-specific rules attached to the product control. General legal and platform matters remain governed by this Agreement and the incorporated FairTicks policies. Mandatory law always prevails where it cannot be waived.

18

Account Suspension, Restriction, or Termination

FairTicks may review, restrict, suspend, close, fail, or terminate an account, Training Account, Qualified Account, payout request, certificate, reward, platform credit, or service access where FairTicks reasonably believes that applicable rules, payment requirements, KYC requirements, security requirements, or law have been violated.

FairTicks may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity, users, service providers, payment systems, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or business operations.

19

Changes to Rules or Services

FairTicks may modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue products, account types, features, pricing, promotions, markets, risk controls, payout rules, eligibility conditions, or services.

Changes may apply immediately where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, payment integrity, provider requirements, technical stability, or platform integrity.

Where a change materially affects an existing purchase, FairTicks will apply the relevant product snapshot, policy version, notice requirements, and mandatory legal protections as applicable.

VI · Electronic agreement & checkout consent

Your acceptance should be clear, recorded, and tied to the product you are buying.

20

Electronic Acceptance and Agreement Record

Where permitted by law, electronic acceptance of this Agreement has the same effect as accepting an agreement in writing.

FairTicks may record the acceptance timestamp, user ID, email, order or invoice ID, product ID, product name, account family, account size, purchase amount, agreement version, policy versions presented, checkbox state, activation consent, and relevant technical records for audit, security, payment, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Best-practice acceptance model

Acceptance should be tied to the specific purchase. If a trader later buys another Training Account, reset, extension, upgrade, or materially different product, FairTicks may require a fresh acceptance so the evidence matches that transaction.

21

Recommended Checkout Acknowledgements

The following wording is designed for the purchase flow. It is intentionally shorter than the full Agreement so the trader can understand what matters before paying.

Required — Trader Agreement & policy acceptance

I confirm that I have read and agree to the FairTicks Trader Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Full Risk Disclosure, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Actions Policy, and the rules shown for the product I am purchasing. I understand that FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform, all trading activity and account balances are simulated, fees are for digital platform access and are not deposits, and passing, qualification, payouts, or other benefits are not guaranteed.

Required where applicable — Immediate digital-service activation

I request immediate activation and delivery of my FairTicks digital service. Where applicable law allows, I expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of any statutory withdrawal period and understand that beginning or completing performance may affect or end my right of withdrawal. Mandatory rights remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

Recommended — Product-specific confirmation

I have reviewed the account family, account size, price, key risk limits, account duration, reset or extension availability, and other product-specific rules displayed for this purchase. I understand that these rules form part of my purchase and may differ from other FairTicks products.

Do not pre-check these boxes

For stronger evidence of consent, the trader should actively check the required boxes. The acceptance event should be stored with the exact agreement and policy versions shown at checkout.
