01

About FairTicks

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform. FairTicks provides users with access to a simulated environment where they may participate in evaluation accounts, follow predefined rules, track simulated performance, and receive account-related notifications.

FairTicks is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, payment institution, or financial institution. FairTicks does not provide brokerage services, investment services, financial advice, or access to real-money trading accounts.

FairTicks does not execute real trades on behalf of users, does not manage user funds, does not accept deposits for trading or investment purposes, and does not provide access to real market liquidity.

All activity inside FairTicks is simulated.

02

Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use FairTicks.

By using FairTicks, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Service is not prohibited by any law, regulation, sanction, restriction, or rule applicable to you.

03

Simulation Environment

All accounts, balances, profits, losses, positions, orders, executions, risk metrics, rule breaches, performance results, certificates, statistics, and dashboards displayed inside FairTicks are part of a simulated evaluation environment.

Any account balance shown in the platform is virtual and does not represent real money, client funds, brokerage funds, bank deposits, investment capital, stored value, or withdrawable user funds.

Simulated profits and simulated losses are used only for platform, evaluation, rule-compliance, and eligibility purposes.

FairTicks may use live, delayed, third-party, aggregated, derived, synthetic, or internally calculated market data to operate the simulation. Simulated activity inside FairTicks does not represent real market execution.

04

Market Data and Supported Markets

FairTicks may display and support crypto, metals, commodities, index-themed, stock-themed, and other simulated markets. Market names, symbols, and references are used for platform, pricing, and simulation purposes only.

FairTicks does not provide direct access to CME, NYSE, NASDAQ, MetaTrader, cTrader, Jigsaw, futures exchanges, stock exchanges, commodities exchanges, crypto exchanges, or any other trading venue.

Prices displayed by FairTicks may be derived from third-party data providers, crypto-based market data, reference prices, aggregated feeds, internal calculations, or synthetic pricing models.

FairTicks does not guarantee that displayed prices, ticks, spreads, executions, candles, charts, or market movements will match any external broker, exchange, platform, or data provider.

05

No Financial Advice

FairTicks does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, trading signals, portfolio management, recommendations, or instructions to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Any information, dashboard metric, notification, risk alert, breach warning, report, certificate, educational content, or account-status message provided by FairTicks is for platform, operational, educational, or account-status purposes only.

Users are fully responsible for their own decisions outside the FairTicks platform.

II · Accounts, rules & risk

How user accounts, Training Accounts, Qualified Accounts, and rule enforcement work.

06

User Account

To use FairTicks, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share, sell, transfer, rent, assign, or allow another person to use your account.

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we detect abuse, fraud, false information, rule manipulation, payment issues, KYC issues, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.

07

Evaluation Accounts

FairTicks may offer free or paid simulated evaluation accounts, including but not limited to Classic, Rapid, Discipline, Instinct, Free Trial, reset, extension, upgrade, or other account types.

An evaluation account gives the user access to a simulated trading environment with specific rules, limits, objectives, time periods, risk controls, and performance criteria.

Any fee paid for an evaluation account is a platform access fee. It is not a trading deposit, investment deposit, brokerage deposit, margin deposit, financial contribution, or funding of a real trading account.

Evaluation fees do not create any ownership interest, investment right, guaranteed return, right to real market profits, or right to receive any payout.

08

Qualified Accounts

A Qualified Account is a simulated FairTicks account that may be made available to a user after meeting specific evaluation requirements, platform rules, eligibility conditions, and internal review criteria.

Qualified Accounts remain simulated accounts. They are not brokerage accounts, funded trading accounts, bank accounts, investment accounts, deposit accounts, or accounts containing user funds.

A Qualified Account does not mean that FairTicks has provided capital to the user, opened a brokerage account for the user, or given the user ownership of any funds.

FairTicks may modify, review, restrict, suspend, close, or terminate a Qualified Account if the user violates rules, fails eligibility checks, fails KYC, creates fraud or compliance concerns, abuses the platform, or breaches these Terms.

09

Rules and Account Status

Each account may be subject to rules such as simulated profit targets, simulated loss limits, daily loss limits, maximum loss limits, consistency rules, minimum trading days, inactivity rules, expiry rules, risk limits, exposure limits, stop-loss requirements, payout eligibility rules, and other account-specific criteria.

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before using any account.

FairTicks may automatically detect rule breaches using platform data, simulated account data, market data, risk calculations, internal logs, audit systems, and security systems.

If a rule breach occurs, FairTicks may mark the account as breached, failed, inactive, expired, suspended, restricted, or closed.

Account records

FairTicks internal records, calculations, logs, and platform systems are the primary source used to determine account status, rule compliance, breach status, eligibility, and payout-related decisions.

10

Max Exposure and Risk Controls

FairTicks may use risk controls including Max Exposure, daily loss limits, maximum loss limits, cooldown systems, position restrictions, stop-loss requirements, account restrictions, market restrictions, and other risk-management mechanisms.

Max Exposure represents the maximum permitted simulated profit or loss speed per tick, not a guaranteed maximum loss. If a market moves multiple ticks against a user, simulated losses may exceed the Max Exposure value depending on the number of ticks, market movement, account rules, and platform calculations.

Users are responsible for understanding that market movements, volatility, fast price changes, data interruptions, or technical conditions may affect simulated performance and account status.

III · Payouts, verification & payments

Eligibility does not guarantee payment, and account benefits remain conditional.

11

Payouts, Rewards, and Eligibility

FairTicks may offer payout-related features, rewards, or eligibility processes depending on the account type and platform rules.

Any payout, reward, or benefit is a contractual platform benefit subject to eligibility checks, account rules, Qualified Account status, KYC/identity verification, fraud review, compliance review, payment review, security review, and internal approval.

Payouts are not investment returns, brokerage profits, guaranteed income, dividends, interest, or profits generated from user funds.

FairTicks does not guarantee that any user will qualify for or receive any payout, reward, Qualified Account, certificate, status, or benefit.

FairTicks may reject, delay, review, reduce, cancel, or reverse a payout request if the user fails eligibility checks, violates platform rules, fails KYC, provides inaccurate information, abuses the platform, creates legal or compliance concerns, creates fraud or payment concerns, or violates these Terms.

Detailed payout rules

Payout calculations, eligibility conditions, reviews, and payout processing are further governed by the FairTicks Payout Policy.

12

KYC and Verification

FairTicks may require users to complete identity verification, KYC, payment verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, or compliance checks before accessing certain features, receiving a Qualified Account, or requesting a payout.

FairTicks may use third-party verification providers.

Users must provide accurate, complete, authentic, and up-to-date information.

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, delay, reject, or terminate access if verification fails, is incomplete, appears fraudulent, or creates compliance concerns.

13

Payments and Fees

FairTicks may charge fees for evaluation accounts, resets, extensions, upgrades, subscriptions, account features, platform credits, or other products.

Fees are paid for access to the FairTicks platform and simulated evaluation services.

Fees are not deposits, investments, brokerage balances, stored value, margin, or withdrawable funds.

FairTicks may change its pricing, products, promotions, discounts, features, account types, and billing terms at any time.

14

Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by FairTicks, payments are non-refundable once the purchased digital service, evaluation account, reset, extension, upgrade, subscription, platform credit, or feature has been activated, delivered, accessed, or made available.

FairTicks may review refund requests at its discretion.

Refunds may be refused in cases of account usage, rule breach, account expiry, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, payment dispute, violation of these Terms, or completed delivery of the purchased digital service.

Detailed refund rules

Refund eligibility, payment corrections, FTUSD, payment-provider issues, chargebacks, and service-delivery exceptions are further governed by the FairTicks Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any chargeback, payment dispute, failed payment, fraudulent payment, or suspected payment abuse may result in account suspension, restriction, or termination.

FairTicks may suspend access to the Service while a payment dispute is being reviewed.

FairTicks may cancel accounts, rewards, Qualified Accounts, payout requests, platform credits, or benefits connected to disputed or reversed payments.

16

Platform Credits and FTUSD

FairTicks may offer internal platform credits, including credits referred to as FTUSD.

FTUSD and any other FairTicks platform credit are promotional or commercial platform credits only. They are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, stablecoins, e-money, securities, deposits, stored value, or withdrawable balances.

Platform credits may only be used inside FairTicks where expressly permitted. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, exchanged for cryptocurrency, or used outside FairTicks.

FairTicks may apply limits, expiry dates, usage restrictions, minimum cash payment requirements, fraud checks, and eligibility rules to platform credits.

17

Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

FairTicks may offer promotional codes, discounts, limited-time offers, welcome offers, cashback, rewards, or other commercial incentives.

Promotions may be limited by product type, user eligibility, region, usage count, expiry date, account status, payment method, or other conditions.

FairTicks may modify, refuse, cancel, or revoke promotions if we detect abuse, fraud, multiple-account usage, payment abuse, or violation of promotion rules.

IV · Prohibited use & platform integrity

Fair participation is required. Abuse, manipulation, and circumvention are prohibited.

18

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use FairTicks for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes.
  • Provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse rules, promotions, limits, payouts, or eligibility systems.
  • Share, sell, transfer, rent, assign, or allow another person to use your account.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, reverse engineering, unauthorized APIs, or technical manipulation.
  • Attempt to bypass risk controls, rule checks, security systems, account restrictions, or platform limits.
  • Abuse payout, refund, KYC, payment, promotion, or platform-credit processes.
  • Attack, overload, scrape, disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the Service.
  • Use FairTicks to provide or promote trading signals, investment schemes, financial advice, or unauthorized services.

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Detailed prohibited activity rules

The Prohibited Actions Policy forms part of the FairTicks rule framework and describes prohibited account, payment, KYC, payout, security, technical, trading, branding, and circumvention activity in more detail.

19

Unacceptable Trading Practices

FairTicks may prohibit trading practices that abuse, manipulate, exploit, or undermine the purpose of the simulated evaluation environment.

Unacceptable trading practices may include, but are not limited to:

  • Latency abuse or exploiting delayed data.
  • Arbitrage abuse or pricing exploitation.
  • Platform manipulation or system exploitation.
  • Quote manipulation or execution abuse.
  • Account farming or coordinated account usage.
  • Copy trading between FairTicks accounts.
  • Hedging between FairTicks accounts.
  • Using multiple accounts to offset, transfer, or manipulate risk.
  • Coordinated trading between users.
  • Trading behavior designed to exploit technical errors, data issues, or rule gaps.
  • Any activity that FairTicks reasonably determines to be abusive, manipulative, artificial, or inconsistent with fair evaluation.

FairTicks may use audit systems, device data, IP data, behavioral patterns, account relationships, transaction data, trading data, and internal review processes to detect unacceptable trading practices.

If unacceptable trading practices are detected, FairTicks may cancel trades, adjust simulated results, mark accounts as breached, reject payouts, close accounts, restrict access, or terminate the user account.

V · Communications, operations & third parties

How FairTicks communicates, operates the Service, and relies on external providers.

20

Transactional Emails and Notifications

FairTicks may send transactional emails, platform notifications, dashboard alerts, and account-related messages, including email verification, password reset, account creation, evaluation status, rule breach alerts, account expiry reminders, KYC updates, payout request status, security alerts, and important service notices.

These messages are necessary for account operation, security, and service delivery.

FairTicks does not use transactional email systems for cold outreach, purchased lists, scraped contacts, investment promotions, trading signals, financial advice, or get-rich-quick content.

21

Service Availability and Technical Issues

FairTicks aims to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The Service may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, infrastructure issues, market-data interruptions, internet problems, user-device issues, browser issues, payment-provider issues, or events outside our control.

FairTicks is not responsible for delays, interruptions, data-feed issues, platform errors, missed notifications, display issues, simulated execution issues, account failure, rule breaches, or user decisions caused by technical issues, except where required by law.

22

Third-Party Services

FairTicks may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, KYC, analytics, fraud prevention, security, market data, infrastructure, communications, and other operational services.

FairTicks is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, outages, errors, delays, decisions, or security practices of third-party providers.

VI · Intellectual property & account enforcement

FairTicks content and systems are protected, and access may be restricted for violations.

23

Intellectual Property

FairTicks, including its website, dashboard, design, branding, software, logic, evaluation rules, risk systems, scoring systems, text, graphics, icons, certificates, platform content, and related materials, is owned by FairTicks or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

24

Certificates and Public Verification

FairTicks may issue simulated evaluation certificates, payout certificates, Qualified Account certificates, verification pages, badges, or similar recognition features.

Certificates are informational and promotional platform records only. They do not represent a financial license, investment result, employment relationship, brokerage status, regulatory approval, or guarantee of future payouts.

FairTicks may revoke, update, correct, or remove certificates if account data is found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of platform rules.

25

Account Suspension and Termination

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, close, or terminate any account, evaluation account, Qualified Account, payout request, certificate, platform credit, or access to the Service if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms, platform rules, payment rules, security requirements, KYC requirements, or applicable laws.

FairTicks may also suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, other users, payment systems, third-party providers, market-data systems, or FairTicks business operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairTicks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, account failure, rule breach, inability to access the Service, or loss connected to simulated platform activity.

FairTicks’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to FairTicks for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

28
