Full Risk Disclosure

This Full Risk Disclosure explains important limitations, risks, and conditions related to the use of FairTicks.

By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation, accessing the dashboard, or using any FairTicks service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure.

1. FairTicks Is a Simulated Evaluation Platform

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform.

FairTicks provides users with access to a simulated environment where they can participate in evaluation accounts, follow predefined platform rules, track simulated performance, and receive account-related notifications.

FairTicks is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, asset manager, or financial institution.

FairTicks does not provide live brokerage accounts, does not execute real trades on behalf of users, does not manage user funds, and does not accept deposits for real trading or investment purposes.

All activity inside FairTicks is simulated.

2. No Real-Money Trading

All accounts, balances, profits, losses, positions, orders, executions, risk metrics, rule breaches, and performance results displayed inside FairTicks are part of a simulated environment.

Any balance displayed inside FairTicks is virtual.

Virtual balances do not represent real money, client funds, brokerage funds, bank deposits, investment capital, margin, or withdrawable user funds.

Any simulated profit or simulated loss shown inside FairTicks is used only for evaluation, platform-rule, risk, and account-status purposes.

No user funds are placed into real financial markets by FairTicks.

3. No Brokerage Relationship

Using FairTicks does not create a brokerage relationship, advisory relationship, fiduciary relationship, investment relationship, custody relationship, or asset management relationship.

FairTicks does not open brokerage accounts for users.

FairTicks does not route orders to exchanges or brokers on behalf of users.

FairTicks does not provide clearing, settlement, custody, margin, leverage, or market access services.

4. Evaluation Fees Are Platform Access Fees

Any payment made to FairTicks is a fee for access to the platform, simulated evaluation accounts, digital services, account features, resets, extensions, subscriptions, or related platform functionality.

Evaluation fees are not deposits.

Evaluation fees are not investments.

Evaluation fees are not trading capital.

Evaluation fees are not margin.

Evaluation fees are not stored value.

Evaluation fees are not withdrawable balances.

Paying a fee to FairTicks does not create any ownership interest, investment right, financial product, guaranteed return, or right to real market profits.

5. No Financial Advice

FairTicks does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, portfolio management, asset management, trading signals, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset.

Any information, dashboard metric, account notification, risk alert, breach warning, educational content, or performance report provided by FairTicks is for platform, operational, educational, or account-status purposes only.

FairTicks does not recommend that users trade real financial markets.

Users are fully responsible for any financial or trading decisions they make outside the FairTicks platform.

6. Simulated Performance Is Not Real Trading Performance

Performance inside FairTicks is simulated and may differ from real trading results.

Simulated trading results may not reflect the impact of real-world market conditions, including liquidity, slippage, spreads, execution delays, order book depth, volatility, market gaps, exchange outages, broker restrictions, commissions, funding fees, liquidation rules, or other real-market factors.

Passing a FairTicks evaluation does not prove that a user will be profitable in real financial markets.

Failing a FairTicks evaluation does not necessarily reflect a user’s real-world trading ability.

FairTicks simulated results should not be interpreted as investment performance, brokerage performance, or proof of future financial success.

7. Market Data and Pricing Risks

FairTicks may use live, delayed, aggregated, third-party, or internally calculated market data to power the simulation.

Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, unavailable, or different from prices available on external exchanges, brokers, or market data providers.

FairTicks may apply its own internal logic, calculations, pricing, tick handling, risk engine, simulated execution model, or account rules.

Prices, fills, balances, risk metrics, and account status inside FairTicks may differ from real-world market conditions.

FairTicks is not responsible for differences between simulated platform data and external market data sources.

8. Simulated Execution Risk

Orders and positions inside FairTicks are simulated.

Simulated fills, simulated entry prices, simulated exits, simulated stop losses, simulated take profits, simulated liquidation, simulated risk checks, and simulated PnL are calculated by FairTicks systems.

Simulated execution does not guarantee that the same execution would be available in a real market.

FairTicks may reject, modify, cancel, close, or mark simulated orders and positions according to platform rules, system rules, risk settings, account limits, or technical conditions.

9. Rule Breach Risk

Each FairTicks evaluation account may have specific rules, including but not limited to:

– Simulated profit targets
– Simulated daily loss limits
– Simulated maximum loss limits
– Simulated trailing drawdown
– Consistency rules
– Minimum trading days
– Inactivity rules
– Account expiry rules
– Position limits
– Risk limits
– Payout eligibility conditions
– KYC and verification requirements
– Abuse and manipulation restrictions

Users are responsible for reading and understanding the rules before using an evaluation account.

If a rule breach occurs, the account may be marked as breached, failed, inactive, suspended, or restricted.

FairTicks internal records, logs, calculations, timestamps, account data, risk engine outputs, and system decisions are the primary source used to determine rule compliance, account status, and eligibility.

10. No Guarantee of Passing or Receiving Benefits

FairTicks does not guarantee that any user will pass an evaluation.

FairTicks does not guarantee that any user will qualify for a payout, reward, funded status, account upgrade, discount, extension, reset, or other benefit.

Any payout, reward, or benefit offered by FairTicks is a contractual platform benefit subject to platform rules, eligibility checks, KYC/identity verification, fraud review, compliance review, payment review, account status review, and internal approval.

Payouts or rewards, where available, are not investment returns, brokerage profits, dividends, interest, yield, guaranteed income, or profits generated from user funds.

FairTicks may reject, delay, review, reduce, or cancel a payout request if the user fails eligibility checks, violates platform rules, fails KYC, provides inaccurate information, abuses the platform, creates payment risk, or creates legal, compliance, fraud, security, or reputational concerns.

11. KYC, Compliance, and Fraud Review

FairTicks may require users to complete identity verification, KYC, payment verification, fraud screening, or compliance checks before accessing certain features or requesting a payout.

FairTicks may use third-party providers for identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance checks.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and authentic information.

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if verification fails, is incomplete, appears fraudulent, or creates compliance concerns.

12. Payment and Refund Risk

Payments made to FairTicks are for digital platform access and simulated evaluation services.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by FairTicks, payments are non-refundable once the purchased digital service, evaluation account, reset, extension, subscription, upgrade, or feature has been activated or made available.

Chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, fraud indicators, or payment abuse may result in account suspension, restriction, or termination.

13. Technical and Availability Risk

FairTicks aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

The platform may be affected by:

– Maintenance
– Server issues
– Internet issues
– User device issues
– Browser issues
– Third-party provider outages
– Market data interruptions
– Payment provider outages
– KYC provider outages
– Email delivery delays
– Security incidents
– Software errors
– Unexpected technical failures

FairTicks is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, failed evaluations, delayed notifications, payout delays, account status changes, or user decisions caused by technical issues, except where required by law.

14. Email and Notification Risk

FairTicks may send transactional emails and account-related notifications, including account verification, password reset, account status, rule breach alerts, expiry reminders, KYC updates, payout status updates, and security notices.

Email and notifications may be delayed, blocked, filtered, sent to spam, not delivered, or not seen by the user.

Users are responsible for monitoring their dashboard and account status directly inside FairTicks.

Email notifications are provided as an additional communication method and should not be relied upon as the only source of account information.

15. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

– Reading and understanding all platform rules
– Monitoring their account status
– Protecting login credentials
– Providing accurate information
– Completing required verification steps
– Understanding that FairTicks is simulated
– Understanding that FairTicks is not a broker or investment service
– Not relying on FairTicks as financial advice
– Not using FairTicks for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative activity

16. Prohibited Interpretation

Users must not interpret FairTicks as:

– A real-money trading account
– A brokerage account
– An investment account
– A deposit account
– A bank account
– A financial advisory service
– A trading signal service
– A guaranteed income opportunity
– A guaranteed payout system
– A way to invest user funds
– A representation of guaranteed future real-market performance

17. External Trading Risk

If a user independently chooses to trade real financial markets outside FairTicks, that activity is completely separate from FairTicks.

Real trading involves risk of financial loss.

FairTicks is not responsible for any user’s external trading decisions, external broker activity, real-market losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes outside the FairTicks platform.

Nothing inside FairTicks should be used as a recommendation to trade real financial markets.

18. Third-Party Provider Risk

FairTicks may rely on third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, payments, KYC, fraud prevention, security, analytics, market data, and infrastructure.

Third-party services may experience delays, errors, outages, restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions.

FairTicks is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, decisions, downtime, or policies of third-party providers.

19. Changes to Rules or Services

FairTicks may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue products, account types, evaluation rules, pricing, features, risk settings, payout rules, eligibility conditions, or platform functionality at any time.

Changes may apply immediately where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, technical stability, or platform integrity.

Continued use of FairTicks after changes means you accept the updated rules and conditions.
