Prohibited Actions Policy

The rules that protect fairness, account integrity, payment integrity, platform security, and genuine participation in the FairTicks simulated trading evaluation environment.

Important summary

FairTicks prohibits illegal, deceptive, manipulative, abusive, fraudulent, coordinated, or technically exploitative activity. Users must not misuse accounts, payments, KYC, payouts, trading simulations, platform systems, branding, or support channels. FairTicks may investigate and take action where it detects or reasonably suspects conduct that threatens fairness, compliance, security, payment integrity, or platform integrity.

Use your own account, your own identity, and accurate information.

General Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use FairTicks for any illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, unauthorized, manipulative, or misleading purpose.

Users must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, disrupt, bypass, interfere with, or abuse the FairTicks platform, evaluation rules, Qualified Account process, payout process, payment systems, KYC process, security systems, risk engine, audit systems, or any platform feature.

Core rule

FairTicks is designed to evaluate trader behavior inside a simulated environment. Activity designed primarily to defeat, exploit, fake, or manipulate that evaluation is prohibited.

False or Misleading Information

Users must not provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, manipulated, or fraudulent information.

  • False name
  • False identity
  • Fake or altered documents
  • Incorrect country information
  • Misleading residency information
  • False payment information
  • False KYC information
  • False support claims
  • Misrepresentation of account ownership
  • Attempts to conceal the true identity of a user

FairTicks may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if information is inaccurate, unverifiable, suspicious, inconsistent, or fraudulent.

Account Sharing and Account Transfer

Users must not share, sell, rent, transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to a FairTicks account to another person.

Only the registered account owner may use the account.

  • Allowing another person to trade on your account
  • Buying or selling FairTicks accounts
  • Renting account access
  • Sharing login credentials
  • Using another user's account
  • Creating accounts on behalf of another person without authorization
  • Transferring account ownership after registration
  • Managing accounts for other users

FairTicks may require identity verification to confirm account ownership.

Multiple Account Abuse

Users must not create or use multiple accounts to abuse FairTicks systems, promotions, discounts, pricing, free trials, account limits, evaluation rules, payout eligibility, or platform restrictions.

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
  • Creating multiple accounts after suspension or termination
  • Using different identities to circumvent enforcement actions
  • Using multiple accounts to gain unfair access to promotions
  • Using multiple accounts to increase payout eligibility or payout chances
  • Using multiple accounts to exploit platform incentives
  • Creating duplicate accounts after a breach or account failure to bypass a restriction

FairTicks may link accounts using device information, IP addresses, payment information, KYC information, behavioral patterns, audit signals, account activity, and other fraud-prevention or platform-integrity systems.

Do not exploit the system, synchronize outcomes, or manipulate evaluation behavior.

Technical Manipulation

Users must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, reverse engineer, exploit, tamper with, or bypass FairTicks systems.

  • Using bots, scripts, crawlers, automated tools, or unauthorized software
  • Reverse engineering FairTicks systems, APIs, pricing logic, or risk engine
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions
  • Attempting to access private APIs or internal endpoints
  • Sending unauthorized requests
  • Tampering with frontend code, requests, tokens, or sessions
  • Manipulating balances, PnL, account status, orders, or positions
  • Exploiting bugs, race conditions, timing issues, or calculation errors
  • Scraping or harvesting platform content without permission
  • Attacking, overloading, scanning, or disrupting FairTicks infrastructure
Immediate action may apply

Detected technical abuse may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination.

Trading Simulation Abuse

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform. Users must not abuse or manipulate the simulated environment.

  • Latency abuse
  • Price-feed abuse
  • Data-feed exploitation
  • Arbitrage abuse intended to exploit the simulator or platform mechanics
  • Execution exploitation
  • Manipulating account rules or risk controls
  • Manipulating the risk engine or rule engine
  • Exploiting platform delays or technical errors
  • Artificially creating evaluation results
  • Coordinated activity designed to manipulate outcomes
  • Any strategy primarily intended to exploit FairTicks systems rather than participate in a genuine evaluation

Copy Trading, Mirroring, and Trade Synchronization

FairTicks may prohibit trading behavior designed to replicate, synchronize, mirror, copy, or duplicate trading activity across accounts or users.

  • Copy trading between FairTicks accounts
  • Copy trading between users
  • Trade mirroring
  • Signal mirroring
  • Trade synchronization
  • Coordinated trade execution designed to duplicate performance
  • Artificially reproducing another user's trading behavior

FairTicks may review account relationships, timing correlations, behavioral similarities, execution patterns, and other indicators when evaluating potential violations.

Hedging and Offset Trading

Users must not use hedging, offset trading, or coordinated risk transfer to manipulate evaluation outcomes, account status, Qualified Account eligibility, or payout eligibility.

  • Hedging between FairTicks accounts
  • Hedging between accounts owned or controlled by related users
  • Using one account to offset the risk of another account
  • Opening opposite positions across multiple accounts to manipulate results
  • Using external accounts or external platforms to manipulate FairTicks evaluation outcomes
  • Coordinated trading designed to transfer risk, losses, or performance between accounts
III · Payout, payment & verification integrity

Do not manipulate eligibility, payments, KYC, or platform benefits.

Payout, Reward, and Qualified Account Abuse

Users must not abuse, manipulate, or misrepresent payout eligibility, rewards, Qualified Account status, certificates, or any benefit offered by FairTicks.

  • Submitting false payout claims
  • Attempting to bypass payout eligibility conditions
  • Manipulating account activity to appear eligible
  • Providing false KYC or payment details
  • Using another person's identity to receive a payout
  • Creating multiple accounts to increase payout chances
  • Attempting to receive payouts after violating rules or failing verification
  • Pressuring, threatening, or misleading support staff regarding payouts

FairTicks may reject, delay, reduce, cancel, reverse, or review payout requests if there are rule, KYC, fraud, payment, compliance, security, or platform-integrity concerns.

Payment Abuse and Chargebacks

Users must not abuse payments, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks, promotions, discounts, trials, resets, extensions, or payment systems.

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
  • Making fraudulent purchases
  • Filing false chargebacks
  • Using payment disputes after receiving access to a digital service
  • Attempting to obtain services without paying
  • Abusing discounts, coupons, promotions, trials, resets, or extensions
  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Using payment methods that do not belong to the account owner

Chargebacks, failed payments, fraud indicators, or payment abuse may result in immediate account suspension, restriction, termination, cancellation of benefits, or blocking of future purchases.

KYC and Identity Verification Abuse

Users must not abuse, manipulate, avoid, or falsify the KYC, identity verification, or compliance process.

  • Using fake, edited, altered, forged, stolen, or manipulated documents
  • Using another person's identity
  • Attempting to pass verification for another person
  • Providing inconsistent personal information
  • Submitting documents that do not match the account owner
  • Refusing required verification while requesting restricted features
  • Attempting to bypass verification requirements

FairTicks may restrict access, deny payouts, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if verification fails or creates fraud, legal, compliance, or platform-integrity concerns.

IV · Security, support & public representation

Protect the service, its users, and the integrity of the FairTicks name.

Security Abuse

Users must not attempt to compromise FairTicks security, infrastructure, systems, data, or the security of other users.

  • Unauthorized access attempts
  • Credential theft
  • Phishing
  • Token theft
  • Session hijacking
  • Malware use
  • Password attacks
  • Exploiting authentication flows
  • Accessing or attempting to access another user's data
  • Testing vulnerabilities without written permission
  • Sharing security exploits publicly without responsible disclosure

Security abuse may lead to immediate termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where necessary.

Abuse of Support or Communication Channels

Users must not abuse FairTicks support, email, chat, ticketing, community, or communication channels.

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Hate speech
  • Spam
  • Repeated abusive messages
  • False claims
  • Impersonation
  • Attempts to pressure staff into bypassing rules
  • Attempts to obtain confidential platform information
  • Attempts to manipulate support decisions

FairTicks may limit, block, or refuse communication from users who abuse support channels.

Prohibited Financial or Promotional Use

FairTicks must not be used to promote unauthorized financial services, investment schemes, trading signals, financial advice, account management services, or misleading income opportunities.

  • Selling trading signals
  • Promoting investment advice
  • Promoting guaranteed income
  • Promoting get-rich-quick schemes
  • Recruiting users into investment groups
  • Operating copy-trading services
  • Selling account management services
  • Marketing unauthorized financial products
  • Misrepresenting FairTicks as a broker, investment platform, or guaranteed payout system
Platform positioning

FairTicks is a simulated trading evaluation platform only.

Misuse of FairTicks Branding

Users must not misuse FairTicks branding, name, logo, platform screenshots, certificates, account results, or communications.

  • Impersonating FairTicks
  • Creating fake FairTicks pages or accounts
  • Misrepresenting an affiliation with FairTicks
  • Using FairTicks branding for scams, promotions, or unauthorized sales
  • Publishing misleading results or fake payout claims
  • Using FairTicks screenshots in a deceptive way
  • Editing certificates, payouts, dashboards, or account results to mislead others

FairTicks may request removal of misleading or unauthorized content and may suspend accounts connected to brand misuse.

V · Compliance & circumvention

Do not use FairTicks to evade law, restrictions, or enforcement.

Illegal or Restricted Activity

Users must not use FairTicks in connection with illegal, restricted, sanctioned, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

  • Fraud
  • Money laundering
  • Terrorist financing
  • Identity theft
  • Sanctions evasion
  • Payment fraud
  • Unauthorized financial activity
  • Market manipulation outside FairTicks
  • Cybercrime
  • Any activity prohibited by applicable law

FairTicks may suspend, terminate, preserve records, or report accounts where required for legal, compliance, payment, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

VPNs, Proxies, Remote Access, and Location Misrepresentation

The use of VPNs, proxies, remote desktops, cloud environments, or similar technologies is not prohibited by itself.

However, their use to hide identity, misrepresent location, bypass restrictions, evade enforcement actions, manipulate eligibility, create multiple accounts, avoid detection, or create fraud or compliance concerns is prohibited.

Permitted technology, prohibited intent

The technology itself is not the issue. Using it to misrepresent, bypass, evade, manipulate, or conceal prohibited activity is.

Circumvention of Restrictions

Users must not attempt to bypass any FairTicks restriction, suspension, ban, payout review, KYC requirement, payment block, account limitation, or rule enforcement action.

  • Creating new accounts after being banned
  • Using another person's identity after restriction
  • Changing devices, IP addresses, emails, payment methods, or documents to avoid detection
  • Attempting to hide account links
  • Using technical tools to evade enforcement actions
VI · Monitoring & enforcement

How FairTicks may detect, investigate, and respond to suspected abuse.

Behavioral and Audit Monitoring

FairTicks may use automated and manual review systems to detect suspicious, abusive, coordinated, artificial, fraudulent, or non-genuine activity.

Review signals may include:

Device information
IP information
Login behavior
Trading behavior
Behavioral patterns
Trading correlations
Timing correlations
Payment relationships
Identity relationships
Wallet relationships
Risk signals
Platform logs
Other platform-integrity indicators

The use of these systems does not guarantee detection of all abuse, and FairTicks is not required to disclose its full detection methods.

Investigation and Enforcement

FairTicks may investigate suspected violations using platform logs, account data, simulated trading data, payment data, KYC data, technical signals, device data, IP data, behavioral patterns, and third-party provider information.

If FairTicks detects or reasonably suspects a violation, FairTicks may take one or more actions, including:

→Warning the user
→Restricting account access
→Suspending the account
→Marking an evaluation account as breached or failed
→Restricting or closing a Qualified Account
→Blocking payouts or rewards
→Requiring KYC or additional verification
→Cancelling pending requests
→Blocking future purchases
→Terminating the account
→Preserving records for compliance or dispute purposes
→Reporting activity where legally required

FairTicks may take action immediately where necessary to protect the platform, users, providers, payment systems, security, compliance, or platform integrity.

No Obligation to Disclose Detection Methods

FairTicks is not required to disclose its full fraud detection methods, risk checks, security rules, abuse detection systems, audit logic, scoring models, or internal review processes.

This helps protect platform integrity and prevent further abuse.

Understand the rules before you use the platform.

Changes to This Policy

FairTicks may update this Prohibited Actions Policy from time to time.

If changes are important, FairTicks may notify users by email, dashboard notice, or website notice.

Continued use of FairTicks after changes means you accept the updated policy, subject to applicable law.
