FairTicks is new. The rules are not hidden.
Every rule that can end your account is published before you pay, a free 7-day account lets you inspect the platform first, and the rules attached to an account at activation stay attached to it. This page says what we can prove and what we cannot prove yet.
Four things you can inspect without paying us anything.
We are not asking you to rely on our age, our size or our social proof. We have none of the three. What we have is a product you can open and rules you can read.
Free trial
Open the real platform for 7 days, place simulated trades and see how the account behaves before you buy one.
Rule Snapshot
Read the exact rules and lifecycle conditions attached to the account you purchased, from your dashboard.
Risk Monitor
Active floors, remaining room and your named risk state: Safe below 60%, Warning from 60%, High from 75%, Critical from 85%.
Documented review
Request a review when a breach, a calculation, an activation or an eligibility result looks wrong.
Your account keeps the rules it was sold with.
Product templates change as FairTicks develops. Your account does not. The rules attached to an account at activation are stored in its Rule Snapshot, and a newer template does not replace them.
This is the promise we expect to be held to most often, so it is written where you can point at it.
Disagree with a result? You get a case number, not an argument.
You can challenge an operational result without escalating on social media. Every review returns a reference, a status and a written outcome, within 1 business days.
Trading and breach
Position settlement, commissions, Daily Loss, Maximum Loss, trailing drawdown or breach state.
Account lifecycle
Pass, expiration, reset, extension, Qualified generation, Qualified Profit Days or Consistency.
Payment and access
Payment confirmation, activation, provisioning, account access or transaction emails.
No payout proof before a real payout exists.
FairTicks has no public payout history, because FairTicks has not paid anyone yet. The first completed payouts get published with real transaction evidence and the trader's consent, and not before.
If you find a FairTicks payout screenshot anywhere today, it is not ours.
When something breaks, you read it on the status page.
Availability, incidents and maintenance are published on status.fairticks.com rather than explained one support ticket at a time.
Live components
Trading platform, market data, authentication, payments, provisioning, emails, Help Center and payout requests.
Incident updates
What happened, who is affected, the current impact, when the next update lands, and the final resolution.
Maintenance
Planned time, affected services, expected trading impact and restoration confirmation.
Do not take this page's word for it.
One page cannot establish trust. Use the product, the documentation, the status page, the legal terms and the support destinations together, and hold us to what they say.
Three places, and only one of them sees your account.
The Guide Bot is a private menu. The Support Chat is an open group. Neither can see or act on your individual account, so anything with your account ID, balance or KYC in it goes through the Contact page.
FairTicks Official Guide Bot
Account models, published rules, Training and Qualified Accounts, platform features, payouts and payments, through predefined menus built from the Help Center. The bot does not access or review individual accounts, and no one else sees what you ask it.
Open Guide BotFairTicks Support Chat
An open Telegram group where you can ask a question and get an answer in front of everyone. Platform updates, maintenance notices and anti-scam reminders are posted there too. It is public, so never post your account ID, balance screenshots or personal details.
Join Support ChatEvery active rule published before you pay. Fixed-value contracts so exposure is readable before entry. Named risk states instead of a silent breach. A snapshot that keeps your rules yours. A review process that returns a written answer. And zero payout screenshots, because we have not paid anyone yet.
No fictional proof. No tricks. Just ticks.
Check it yourself, for free, for 7 days.
Open the trial, read the rules for the account you are considering, look at the status page, and pay only once the framework is clear to you.
