Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a FairTicks purchase may qualify for correction, restoration, replacement, account recreation, extension, platform credit, cancellation, or refund — and when a delivered or used digital service is normally non-refundable.

Last updated September 2026 Policy version 2.0 Default principle Delivered + used = normally non-refundable
The FairTicks refund principle

FairTicks will correct verified duplicate charges, undelivered purchases, incorrect charges, and material service-delivery failures. Once a digital service has been materially used, however, trading outcomes, breaches, expiration, failure to qualify, unused remaining time, strategy changes, or a change of mind do not normally create a refund right. Mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Unused purchase May be reviewed within 14 days where lawful
After material use Normally non-refundable
FairTicks service failure Restore / replace / extend first where appropriate
Mandatory rights Always preserved
Important before purchase

FairTicks provides an immediately deliverable digital simulated evaluation service. Traders should review the account rules, product configuration, Help Center, and this Policy before purchasing. Where legally permitted, requesting immediate activation and beginning to use the service may affect or end a statutory withdrawal right.

I · Foundation

FairTicks sells access to a digital simulated evaluation service — not a financial product.

01

FairTicks Is a Simulated Evaluation Platform

FairTicks provides access to a simulated trading evaluation environment. FairTicks is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, exchange, bank, custodian, asset manager, payment institution, or financial institution.

FairTicks does not accept deposits for real trading or investment purposes, does not execute real trades on behalf of traders, does not provide access to real market liquidity, and does not manage trader investment funds.

Training Accounts, Free Trials, Qualified Accounts, balances, positions, orders, profits, losses, risk metrics, Qualified Profit Days, and account results displayed inside FairTicks are simulated platform records.

A FairTicks purchase generally provides a limited, personal, revocable right to access and use a digital simulated evaluation service under the applicable account rules. It does not purchase a financial instrument, investment account, brokerage account, deposit product, or guaranteed payout.

02

Purpose and Scope

This Policy applies, where offered, to:

  • Training Account purchases;
  • paid reset purchases;
  • account extension purchases;
  • FTUSD purchases, top-ups, bonuses, cashback, and promotional credits;
  • gift-card and prepaid-code redemptions;
  • promotional purchases and discounted offers;
  • card, bank-transfer, and crypto payments;
  • duplicate or incorrect charges;
  • products not delivered correctly;
  • material technical failures attributable to FairTicks; and
  • payment disputes, reversals, and chargebacks.

This Policy does not create an automatic right to a refund merely because a trader is dissatisfied with trading results, breaches an account, fails an evaluation, does not achieve a target, does not qualify for a payout, changes strategy, changes their mind after use, or did not review the rules before purchase.

03

Definitions

TermMeaning
PurchaseAny payment, redemption, FTUSD application, gift-card use, reset purchase, extension purchase, or other exchange for access to a FairTicks product or service.
Training AccountA simulated evaluation account subject to FairTicks targets, risk limits, validity, trading rules, and lifecycle conditions.
Qualified AccountA payout-enabled simulated account created under FairTicks rules after the relevant qualification conditions are completed.
ActivatedThe point at which the purchased digital service is created, enabled, redeemed, or made available to the trader.
Materially UsedMeaningful consumption of the purchased service, including submitting an order, opening or managing a position, applying a reset or extension, redeeming or applying FTUSD, redeeming a code, generating a downstream account benefit, or other conduct showing that substantive performance of the digital service has begun. Mere technical creation of an account does not override mandatory legal rights.
FTUSDA closed-loop FairTicks platform credit used only for eligible FairTicks purchases. FTUSD is not cash, a deposit, cryptocurrency, e-money, an investment, or a withdrawable balance.
Original Payment MethodThe card, bank account, wallet, payment account, or other source from which the original payment was received.
Business DayA weekday excluding public holidays and days on which the relevant bank, payment provider, or blockchain service is unavailable.
04

Fair Resolution Commitment

FairTicks aims to resolve legitimate service-delivery problems fairly. Where a problem is caused by FairTicks and materially prevents use of a purchased service, FairTicks may, where lawful and appropriate, first offer:

RemedyRestore access
RemedyCorrect account state
RemedyRecreate the account
RemedyReplace with an equivalent service
RemedyExtend validity
RemedyPlatform credit where agreed / lawful
RemedyPartial refund where appropriate
RemedyFull refund where required or no reasonable remedy exists
Service-delivery principle

If FairTicks failed to deliver the purchased service, FairTicks will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. If the digital service was delivered and materially used, trading outcomes alone do not create a refund right.

05

Free Trial Before Purchase

FairTicks may provide Free Trials so traders can explore the platform, understand the simulated environment, review account interfaces, and become familiar with FairTicks rules before purchasing a Training Account.

A Free Trial does not remove any mandatory consumer right. It gives traders an opportunity to assess the general platform experience before purchase.

Free Trials have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, withdrawable, or exchangeable for FTUSD, a paid Training Account, a payout, or another monetary benefit.

06

Cooling-Off and Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Some jurisdictions provide consumers with a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases. Where such a right applies, FairTicks will honor it in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the jurisdiction and the nature of the digital service, the right may be affected once performance begins with the consumer's express request, consent, or acknowledgment. FairTicks may therefore request a checkout acknowledgment authorizing immediate activation and delivery of the digital service.

A reference to 14 days in this Policy is a review framework for unused direct purchases and does not replace jurisdiction-specific legal requirements.

Mandatory rights preserved

FairTicks will not rely on a contractual waiver where applicable law does not permit it. Mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights remain available.

II · Unused vs used digital services

The key refund distinction is whether substantive performance has begun.

07

Unused Purchase Requests Within 14 Days

Subject to applicable law, FairTicks may approve a refund request submitted within 14 calendar days after purchase where all applicable conditions below are satisfied:

  • the purchase was made directly from FairTicks;
  • the relevant paid service has not been materially used;
  • no order has been submitted and no position has been opened;
  • no reset, extension, FTUSD credit, promotional benefit, or code has been consumed;
  • no Qualified Account, certificate, payout eligibility, payout request, or downstream benefit has been generated from the purchase;
  • the transaction is not connected to fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, chargeback abuse, or identity inconsistency; and
  • the request is otherwise permitted by applicable law and the relevant payment provider.

Approval is not automatic merely because a request was submitted within 14 days. FairTicks may review whether digital-service performance has begun and the extent of use.

08

When a Service Is Considered Materially Used

Subject to mandatory law, a FairTicks product may be treated as materially used when one or more of the following occurs:

  • an order is submitted, modified, cancelled, rejected, or executed;
  • a position is opened, closed, reversed, or otherwise managed;
  • account-specific trading functionality is substantively consumed;
  • a paid reset is applied;
  • an extension is applied;
  • FTUSD is redeemed or applied;
  • a gift-card or prepaid code is redeemed;
  • a promotional benefit linked to the purchase is consumed;
  • a Training Account generates a Passed status, certificate, Qualified Account, or other downstream benefit;
  • a payout-related benefit is created; or
  • the facts otherwise show that substantive performance of the purchased digital service has begun.
Evidence of use

FairTicks may use account events, session history, order history, position history, timestamps, reset and extension records, FTUSD records, device records, and payment records as evidence of delivery and use, subject to applicable law.

09

Automatically Eligible Payment Corrections

Verified situationTypical resolution
Duplicate chargeRefund the verified duplicate amount after confirming only one product or benefit was intended and delivered.
Payment captured but product never deliveredDeliver, recreate, replace, or refund if delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
Incorrect amount charged by FairTicksCorrect or refund the verified overcharge.
Verified FairTicks technical failure materially prevented useRestore, recreate, replace, extend, credit, partially refund, or fully refund depending on severity and applicable law.
Payment completed after product became unavailableEquivalent replacement with consent, platform credit where lawful, or refund.

FairTicks may request invoices, screenshots, provider confirmations, bank records, wallet transaction hashes, or other reasonable evidence before processing a correction.

III · Product-specific rules

Different FairTicks products become non-refundable at different points of performance.

10

Training Accounts

Training Account fees pay for access to a simulated evaluation service and associated platform functionality. They are not deposits, investment capital, or amounts held for trading.

Once a Training Account has been materially used, it is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where FairTicks approves a remedy because the purchased service was not properly delivered.

The following do not normally create a refund right:

  • the account is breached, failed, expired, frozen, or closed;
  • the trader fails to reach a profit target;
  • the trader fails an applicable progression or trading-day requirement;
  • the trader violates a risk rule or prohibited-action rule;
  • the trader disagrees with a correctly applied rule;
  • the trader does not like the selected model after use;
  • the trader selected the wrong capital tier or model and began using it;
  • the trader cannot continue because of personal availability, device, internet, travel, or strategy issues;
  • the trader expected real-market execution or real capital despite FairTicks's disclosures;
  • the trader did not review the rules, Help Center, dashboard, or purchase acknowledgment; or
  • the trader changes their mind after materially using the service.
11

Qualified Accounts and Payout-Related Benefits

Qualified Accounts are simulated payout-enabled accounts subject to continuing rules, risk limits, Qualified Profit Days, consistency requirements where enabled, KYC, prohibited-action review, payout review, and account good standing.

A request to refund the underlying Training Account after a Qualified Account, certificate, payout eligibility, payout request, or payout-related benefit has been generated may be denied because the original digital service has been fully or substantially performed.

Where an underlying payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, found fraudulent, or cancelled, FairTicks may cancel or suspend related Training Accounts, Qualified Accounts, certificates, FTUSD benefits, offers, payouts not yet paid, and other benefits created from that payment, subject to applicable law.

12

Breached, Failed, Expired, Frozen, or Closed Accounts

A breached, failed, expired, frozen, or closed account is not refundable merely because the trader can no longer trade on it.

When account status results from correctly applied rules, expiration, inactivity, prohibited activity, compliance review, or trader conduct, no full or prorated refund is normally available.

If the trader believes the status resulted from a verified FairTicks technical error, the trader should contact support with the account serial number, affected event or position, timestamps, and supporting evidence. FairTicks may restore, correct, recreate, replace, or otherwise remediate the account where appropriate.

13

Paid Resets

A paid reset is a separate digital service that restores an eligible breached Training Account under the applicable reset rules.

Once a paid reset has been applied, the reset service is considered performed and is generally non-refundable. This remains true even if the trader later breaches the reset account, does not use the full reset validity period, changes their mind, or does not achieve the target.

If payment was captured but the reset was not applied, FairTicks may apply the reset, recreate the reset state, provide an equivalent remedy, or refund the reset fee if the service cannot be delivered.

14

Discipline Free Reset

The one-time Free Reset is available only to eligible Discipline Training Accounts under the rules shown in the dashboard and Help Center.

A Free Reset is not a cash purchase and has no refundable cash value. It may downgrade account capital, keep the existing expiration date, permanently flag free-reset usage, and cause a future Qualified Account to use a 50% trader / 50% FairTicks profit split.

Using a Free Reset does not create a right to a refund of the original Training Account fee. A later paid reset does not remove the Free Reset flag or restore the standard future split.

15

Account Extensions

An extension adds eligible time to an account under the extension rules. It does not guarantee passing, preserve a future status, remove a breach, or guarantee that the trader will use the additional time.

Once an extension has been applied, the extension service is considered performed and is generally non-refundable.

If payment was captured but the extension was not applied, FairTicks may apply the extension, correct the expiration date, replace the service, provide platform credit where appropriate, or refund the extension amount if delivery cannot be completed.

16

FTUSD Platform Credit

FTUSD is a closed-loop FairTicks platform credit. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise:

  • 1 FTUSD may be treated as 1 USD of eligible internal purchasing credit;
  • FTUSD is not cash;
  • FTUSD is not a cryptocurrency, stablecoin, investment, deposit, or stored-value bank account;
  • FTUSD is not withdrawable;
  • FTUSD is not redeemable or convertible into fiat currency or cryptocurrency;
  • FTUSD is not transferable between users;
  • FTUSD cannot be used outside FairTicks;
  • FTUSD does not generate interest, yield, or investment return; and
  • FTUSD bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, and welcome credits have no cash value.

Purchased, awarded, redeemed, or applied FTUSD is generally non-refundable and non-convertible. FairTicks may reverse FTUSD entries created by error, fraud, refund, chargeback, cancelled purchase, duplicate credit, or promotional abuse.

No cash-out

FairTicks does not offer FTUSD-to-cash or FTUSD-to-crypto redemption. Nothing in this section limits a mandatory legal remedy applicable to the underlying purchase.

17

Gift Cards, Prepaid Codes, and External Stores

Gift cards or prepaid codes purchased from an external store are generally sold by that external store. Refund requests for an unredeemed code must normally be submitted to the seller shown on the receipt and are governed by that seller's terms and applicable law.

Once a code is redeemed into FTUSD or another FairTicks benefit:

  • the code is considered consumed;
  • the resulting FTUSD or benefit is subject to this Policy;
  • the code cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed again;
  • FairTicks may refuse or reverse suspicious, duplicated, stolen, refunded, charged-back, or invalid codes; and
  • the code normally cannot be converted back into cash.

FairTicks is not responsible for codes purchased from unauthorized sellers, peer-to-peer marketplaces, social-media accounts, or sources not expressly approved by FairTicks.

18

Coupons, Discounts, Bonuses, Cashback, and Promotions

Coupons, discounts, bonuses, FTUSD welcome credits, cashback, promotional balances, free products, and limited offers have no independent cash value.

If a refund is approved:

  • the refund will not exceed the amount actually paid for the refunded item;
  • the face value of a coupon or discount is not refunded;
  • promotional FTUSD or cashback connected to the purchase may be reversed;
  • free or bundled benefits connected to the purchase may be cancelled;
  • minimum-spend or eligibility conditions may be recalculated; and
  • the trader may lose access to an offer that has expired or reached its usage limit.

A refund does not guarantee that the same promotion, price, coupon, or offer will remain available for a later purchase.

IV · Refund rails & payment methods

Approved refunds normally return to the original payer and original payment method.

19

Card and Payment-Processor Refunds

Approved card or payment-processor refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. FairTicks may not be able to send a refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, or person.

If the original payment method is closed, expired, replaced, or unavailable, the trader must contact the issuing bank or provider. FairTicks may require provider confirmation before using another legally permitted method.

The trader's bank or provider may take additional time to display the refund after FairTicks has submitted it.

20

Bank-Transfer Refunds

An approved bank-transfer refund will normally be returned only to the bank account from which the original payment was received.

FairTicks may request proof of account ownership, payment reference, bank details, identity, source-of-funds information, and other information reasonably required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, compliance, or payment reconciliation.

FairTicks will not normally refund a bank-transfer payment to a third party or unrelated bank account.

21

Crypto-Payment Refunds

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. A crypto payment does not create an automatic right to a crypto refund.

Where FairTicks approves a refund of a crypto payment, FairTicks may, subject to law and compliance review:

  • return funds only to the verified originating wallet or payment-provider source;
  • require proof that the trader controls the originating wallet;
  • use the original asset, supported equivalent asset, or provider-supported method;
  • offer FTUSD or platform credit with the trader's agreement where legally appropriate;
  • deduct non-recoverable blockchain or provider fees where legally permitted; and
  • refuse a request to send funds to a different wallet, mixer, privacy service, third-party address, or unrelated person.

FairTicks may delay or refuse a crypto refund where wallet ownership, sanctions exposure, transaction origin, fraud risk, or compliance requirements cannot be resolved, subject to mandatory law.

22

Fees, Currency Conversion, and Refund Amount

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, an approved refund may exclude:

  • non-recoverable payment-processor fees;
  • bank-transfer or intermediary-bank fees;
  • blockchain network or gas fees;
  • foreign-exchange or currency-conversion differences;
  • fees charged by the trader's bank, wallet, exchange, or provider; and
  • the value of service already supplied where a proportionate deduction is legally permitted.

FairTicks will not deduct fees or used-service value where applicable law requires a full refund.

V · Technical, KYC & abuse review

Not every issue is a refund event. FairTicks may investigate cause, delivery, and account integrity first.

23

Technical Problems and Service Interruptions

A temporary technical issue does not automatically entitle the trader to a refund. FairTicks may first investigate whether the issue was caused by:

  • FairTicks systems;
  • the trader's device, browser, PWA, internet connection, mobile network, VPN, firewall, or local environment;
  • a third-party market-data, payment, identity, hosting, cloud, blockchain, bank, or network provider;
  • scheduled maintenance;
  • an unsupported configuration;
  • incorrect trader settings or actions; or
  • a force-majeure or external event.

Where a verified FairTicks issue materially prevented access or correct use, FairTicks may first restore the account, correct records, recreate the service, extend validity, or provide another appropriate remedy before considering a refund, where lawful and reasonable.

Minor visual issues, brief interruptions, delayed non-critical updates, unsupported devices, local-network problems, or issues that do not materially prevent use do not normally justify a full refund.

24

KYC, Compliance, and Eligibility

A failed, rejected, expired, incomplete, or delayed KYC process does not automatically make an already delivered and materially used Training Account refundable.

KYC is generally connected to payout eligibility rather than initial Training Account access. Traders are responsible for reviewing identity, country, age, sanctions, payment, and eligibility requirements before relying on future payout access.

FairTicks may delay or condition a refund review where necessary to investigate:

  • identity mismatch;
  • use of another person's card, bank account, wallet, email, or identity;
  • sanctions or restricted-jurisdiction concerns;
  • source-of-funds concerns;
  • fraud or account takeover;
  • payment disputes or chargeback risk;
  • multiple-account abuse; or
  • other legal or compliance requirements.
25

Fraud, Prohibited Actions, and Abuse

Subject to mandatory law, FairTicks may deny a contractual refund, suspend products, close accounts, reverse credits, cancel benefits, and preserve evidence where a transaction or account is connected to suspected or confirmed:

  • fraud or attempted fraud;
  • stolen or unauthorized payment methods;
  • account sharing or identity sharing;
  • multiple-account abuse or account farming;
  • copy-trading abuse, coordinated trading, or prohibited hedging;
  • bot-like abuse, latency abuse, arbitrage abuse, or technical manipulation;
  • gift-card or FTUSD abuse;
  • coupon or promotion abuse;
  • false refund claims;
  • chargeback abuse;
  • use of a false identity, address, document, wallet, or payment record;
  • violation of the Prohibited Actions Policy; or
  • other conduct that threatens platform, payment, trader, or compliance integrity.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a lawful payment-dispute or consumer right in good faith.

26

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Traders are encouraged to contact FairTicks support before filing a chargeback so FairTicks has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

A chargeback does not automatically establish that a refund was owed. FairTicks may submit relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • purchase records and checkout acknowledgments;
  • account creation and delivery records;
  • login and access timestamps;
  • order, position, reset, extension, FTUSD, or gift-card usage records;
  • account events and lifecycle status;
  • communications with the trader;
  • device and network indicators where lawfully processed;
  • the applicable rules and policies; and
  • evidence of any refund, replacement, restoration, extension, or credit already provided.

If a payment is reversed or charged back after a product or benefit was delivered, FairTicks may suspend or cancel the related account, Qualified Account, payout request, FTUSD, certificate, offer, reset, extension, or other benefit, subject to applicable law.

FairTicks may restrict future purchases from users connected to abusive, fraudulent, or repeated unfounded disputes, subject to applicable law.

27

Unauthorized Payments

A person who believes their payment method was used without authorization should notify their payment provider and FairTicks promptly.

FairTicks may freeze related accounts and benefits while investigating and may request proof of identity, proof of payment-method ownership, transaction references, and other reasonable evidence.

Verified unauthorized payments will be handled in accordance with applicable law and provider rules. FairTicks may cancel any account, FTUSD, Qualified Account, payout, or other benefit created from the unauthorized payment.

VI · Refund request & decision process

Requests are evidence-based and reviewed against delivery, use, payment, and legal requirements.

28

No Prorated Refund for Unused Time

Once a time-limited Training Account, reset, or extension has been materially used, FairTicks does not normally provide a prorated refund for:

  • unused days;
  • unused positions or contracts;
  • unused account features;
  • unused reset validity;
  • unused extension days;
  • unused FTUSD after partial redemption; or
  • personal inability to continue trading.

This section does not limit a mandatory legal right or a remedy approved because FairTicks materially failed to provide the purchased service.

29

How to Request a Refund or Payment Correction

Contact support@fairticks.com and provide:

  • the account email address;
  • the FairTicks user ID or account serial number, where available;
  • the invoice, order, transaction, or payment reference;
  • the purchase date and amount;
  • the payment method;
  • a clear explanation of the request;
  • screenshots or supporting evidence where relevant;
  • for crypto, the transaction hash and originating wallet details;
  • for bank transfer, sender-account details and payment proof; and
  • any information reasonably requested for verification or compliance.

Sending incomplete, false, altered, or inconsistent information may delay or prevent review.

30

Review and Decision Process

FairTicks may review:

  • whether the purchase was made directly from FairTicks;
  • whether the digital service was delivered;
  • whether and how the service was materially used;
  • whether the request was submitted within an applicable deadline;
  • whether a technical issue was caused by FairTicks;
  • whether restoration, replacement, recreation, extension, or another remedy is reasonable;
  • whether bonuses, FTUSD, payouts, resets, extensions, or Qualified benefits were created;
  • whether fraud, prohibited activity, or a payment dispute exists;
  • whether provider or legal restrictions apply; and
  • whether mandatory consumer law requires a particular outcome.

FairTicks may approve a full refund, partial refund, replacement, restoration, extension, account recreation, platform credit, or denial depending on the facts, subject to applicable law.

31

Processing Time

FairTicks aims to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable period. Complex technical, fraud, KYC, bank-transfer, crypto, chargeback, or provider investigations may require additional time.

Once approved and submitted by FairTicks, a refund will usually appear within approximately 5 to 10 business days, but actual timing depends on the bank, card issuer, payment provider, blockchain network, wallet provider, currency, and jurisdiction.

Any timeframe shown by FairTicks is an estimate unless applicable law requires a specific deadline.

32

Refund Destination and Third Parties

Refunds are normally made only to the original payment method and original payer.

FairTicks will not normally send a refund to:

  • a different person;
  • a different card or unrelated bank account;
  • a newly supplied crypto wallet unrelated to the original transaction;
  • a gift-card buyer other than the verified original buyer;
  • a broker, agent, affiliate, introducer, or reseller without verified authority; or
  • another user's FTUSD balance.

Exceptions may be made only where permitted by law, accepted by the relevant provider, and supported by sufficient identity and ownership verification.

33

Taxes and Reporting

The trader is responsible for any tax, accounting, reporting, declaration, or legal consequence associated with a purchase, refund, credit, reversed benefit, or payment dispute.

FairTicks does not provide tax, accounting, financial, legal, or investment advice.

VII · Policy framework & checkout acknowledgments

Clear checkout consent is part of FairTicks's refund-control framework.

34

Changes to This Policy

FairTicks may update, modify, suspend, or replace this Policy from time to time.

Changes may apply immediately where necessary for legal compliance, consumer protection, payment integrity, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, provider requirements, technical stability, or platform security.

The version applicable to a request will be determined by applicable law, the purchase date, request date, and circumstances of the transaction.

36

Checkout Acknowledgments

FairTicks may require one or more clear acknowledgments during checkout or activation. The wording below may be used in the purchase flow.

Refund Policy acknowledgment

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the FairTicks Refund & Cancellation Policy. I understand that FairTicks provides access to a simulated digital evaluation service, not a brokerage or investment account. I understand that once I materially use the purchased service — including by submitting an order, opening or managing a position, using a reset or extension, redeeming or applying FTUSD, redeeming a code, or consuming another purchased benefit — the purchase is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where FairTicks fails to provide the purchased service.

Immediate digital-service delivery acknowledgment

I request immediate activation and delivery of the purchased FairTicks digital service. Where applicable law allows, I expressly consent to performance beginning before the end of any statutory withdrawal period and acknowledge that beginning or completing performance may affect or end my right of withdrawal. Mandatory rights remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.

FTUSD acknowledgment

I understand that FTUSD is a closed-loop FairTicks platform credit. It is not cash, cryptocurrency, a deposit, or an investment. It is not withdrawable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or crypto, except where a mandatory legal right requires a remedy for the underlying purchase.

37

Goodwill, Exceptional Remedies, and No Precedent

FairTicks may, at its discretion and where legally permitted, provide a goodwill credit, extension, replacement, account recreation, partial refund, or other exceptional remedy even where this Policy does not require one.

A goodwill or exceptional remedy:

  • does not mean FairTicks accepts legal liability;
  • does not create a continuing entitlement for the same trader;
  • does not create a right for other traders in similar circumstances;
  • does not amend the general refund rules for future purchases; and
  • does not prevent FairTicks from applying this Policy strictly to later requests.
No refund precedent

A one-time exception is not a precedent. FairTicks may resolve unusual cases commercially without converting that resolution into a general refund policy or future obligation.

38

Final reminder

FairTicks will correct verified duplicate charges, undelivered products, incorrect charges, and material FairTicks service failures. Trading losses, breaches, expiration, failure to qualify, unused time after material use, or a change of mind after consuming the digital service do not normally create a refund right.
